Smoked Breaded Haddock
This simple dish is quick and easy to prepare for your family. You will get great results regardless of your BBQ - gas, charcoal or pellet. Total time is about 30 minutes start to finish.

Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium high (300° F)
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix bread crumbs, lemon pepper and cayenne together.
  3. Add canola oil to the spice and breadcrumb mix
  4. In a 2nd mixing bowl, beat egg
  5. Dip each portion in the egg, and then toss in the bread/spice mix.
  6. Grill for about 20 minutes or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily
  7. Serve immediately with your favorite side dish (home frys go great with it!)
