Meat Balls
  1. In a large bowl combine eggs & milk
  2. Add the bread crumbs, cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder
  3. Add ground beef and sausage and mix well
  4. Shape into 1" balls
  5. Heat your grill up to 300°F. Cook meat balls for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°.
Sauce
  1. In a large foil pan or roaster pan (5qt), combine the tomato sauce, tomato paste, onion, green pepper, wine water and seasonings.
  2. Add the meat balls, and cook uncovered for 2.5 - 2 hours.
  3. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve. Great on noodles, amazing as a meat ball sub. Enjoy!
