The Big Beef – Brisket & Reverse Sear Tri-tip

In our The Big Beef BBQ class we will be teaching participants how to select, prepare and cook 2 big cuts of beef – brisket and tri-tip. We will have all of the equipment required and we will show you all the steps and welcome all questions you may have. Our interactive teaching session last approximately 2-2.5 hours and you will be able to enjoy the many beers on tap at Innocente Brewing Company for the duration. Once the teaching session completes, all participants are invited to enjoy a buffet meal of all the food we have taught with the addition of a starter and a dessert – see below for the full class menu!
