Mexican cuisine is one of our favourite influences and one can’t talk about Mexican food without at least thinking about tacos. Join us for an evening learning how to prepare 3 types of meat and cook them on a smoker or grill to be used in tacos. We will be working with beef shoulder, pork shoulder and whole chicken. You will see the techniques to prepare the meats, the seasonings to complement a great taco, the equipment needed and of course get to taste everything prepared! Our classes run approximate 2.5 – 3 hours with 2 hours of interactive demonstration followed by a meal of all foods we discussed.
